After the successful development and construction by Broccolini of Amazon's 1 million-square-foot fulfillment centre in Ottawa, the American multinational turned once again to Broccolini for the development and construction of their latest fulfillment centre which will be located in Scarborough, Ontario.

In early March 2018, Broccolini was awarded the contract to do the interior fit-up of the 3rd and 11th floors of this building. The work was completed on July 1st of that same year. Broccolini subsequently started renovations on the 5th floor in June, the 4th and the 12th floor in August. Work started on the 14th floor in early November and the floor was handed over on April 1st, 2019. Broccolini was retained to build Costco Wholesale's 100th store in Canada and 9th store in the GTA. This project featured the integration of a historical facade to a retail location, a different strategy from the wholesaler's existing retail locations.
This was Broccolini's second project for the Sunlife Financial Group. Recipient of LEED certification, this building is located in the industrial sector of one of Montreal's largest boroughs with proximity to major thoroughfares and the airport. The project consisted of building a turn-key, base building for multi-tenant warehousing in St-Laurent's industrial sector.
