Conestoga Cold Storage
In December 2020, Conestoga Cold Storage entrusted Broccolini with the management of its new expansion project (Phase 3) of its existing warehouse in Vaudreuil.
Cooper Standard
This industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility with associated office space was built for Cooper-Standard Automotive inc. Designed and built by Broccolini, the total building area is approximately 138,133 sq.ft. It includes 130,760 sq.ft. of service area, plant & warehouse facility and 7,373 sq.ft. of finished office space.
Costco Distribution Centre

Costco Wholesale
Broccolini was retained to build Costco Wholesale's 100th store in Canada and 9th store in the GTA. This project featured the integration of a historical facade to a retail location, a different strategy from the wholesaler's existing retail locations.
Danesco
Danesco markets and distributes a wide range of kitchen accessories. When the company reached the full capacity of their facilities, they turned to Broccolini to enlarge their warehouse.
Dannyco Trading Ltd.
Established in the Canadian market for over 60 years now, Dannyco is a company that specializes in the distribution of beauty products and accessories. In 2006, the company turned to Broccolini for the construction of their new Canadian headquarters.
D. Donnelly
D. Donnelly opted for Broccolini's expertise for the realization of its project – the design and construction of its new building located in Vaudreuil.
Dealer Tire - Groupe Touchette
Dealer Tire is a tire distributor that works in partnership with a number of automotive industry multinationals, including Mercedez-Benz, BMW, Toyota and Volkswagen.
Domtar
In 1997, Domtar requested the services of Broccolini for the management of renovations to its Montreal headquarters. The building of sixteen (16) storeys, each occupying 12,000 sq.ft., was transformed to accommodate the company's changing needs. Broccolini was selected for its flexibility and ability to adapt in order to remain within the budget.
Dorval - Multi-tenant Phase 1
Broccolini completed phase 1 of its design-build project of an industrial multi-tenant building in Dorval. With a total surface area of 112,100 square feet, the steel structure building includes 15,500 square feet of mezzanine space and its exterior envelope consists of metal siding, brick and curtain walls.
Dorval - Multi-Tenant Phase 2
Launched in May 2008, Broccolini completed the second phase of its new building in Dorval designed to accommodate five industrial tenants. The entire project covers a surface area of 89,000 sq.ft., including a 29,800-sq.ft. warehouse space (with a 6,200 sq.ft. mezzanine).
Downtown Revitalization
Major renovation work is underway to unite two of downtown Montreal’s most prominent shopping centres, the Eaton Centre and Complexe les AILES, both owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, who will rename the shopping destination upon completion.
